Three Ways to Hug a Tree

Three Ways to Hug a Tree

If you've never hugged a tree, now's the time to start. Here are our top three ways to hug a tree. We promise it will make you feel good.

//

1. Vertical Tree Hug

Wrap your arms around the tree while gently pressing your body and cheek to the trunk. Squeeze tightly and sigh deeply, being one with your tree.

2.  Full Body Tree Hug

Sit on the ground, wrapping your legs around the base of the tree, and at the same time wrap your arms around the trunk and gently squeeze.

3.  Up in the Air Tree Hug

Climb a tree and sit on a strong branch, straddling it with your legs. Without losing balance, carefully bend forward and place your belly against the branch while wrapping your arms around it.
