How many issues will I receive in my Lunch Lady subscription and when will they arrive?

An annual subscription includes four print magazines, receiving a new issue each quarter DEC / MAR / JUNE / SEPT. A 6-month subscription includes 2 issues, sent out in DEC and MARCH. Asia Pacific will receive their copies at the beginning of the month and northern hemisphere will receive them at the end of the month. 

Do Lunch Lady subscriptions auto-renew?

Your Lunch Lady subscription will automatically renew, for your convenience : ) Three days before your subscription is about to expire we will email you using the email address that was used to set up your account, informing you that your subscription will be renewing. There will be an option to opt out and cancel your subscription in this email. If you would prefer a subscription that is not an auto-renewable subscription, please purchase a gift subscription.  

How do I renew my subscription?

Lunch Lady subscriptions automatically renew so you don't have to do a thing! If your subscription has expired due to a payment failure, you will need to purchase a new subscription here.

Has my subscription expired?

You can check the status of your subscription and change or update any details by logging into your account here.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please log in to your account here and you will be able to cancel or manage your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at anytime however we do not offer partial refunds. Your subscription will continue until the end of its duration. If you wish to not have the issue sent to you after cancelling mid-duration of your subscription, contact our lovely customer service person here.

How do I change my delivery address or other details?

You can update your address or other details here.  

Are subscriptions and orders sent with tracking?

All subscription issues and single issue orders are sent by standard mail, using Australia Post, USPS and Royal Mail which is not trackable. If you order multiple issues, they will be sent with tracking. If you are concerned that your subscription or order might be lost or delayed in the post please contact our lovely customer service person here.

How soon can I expect my order?

Lunch Lady processes all orders within two business days. Asia Pacific orders are sent out from our Brisbane office on Turrbal Country and can expect to arrive within 3-5 working days. (NZ, TAS and WA may be 5-10 working days).  All EU and UK orders are fulfilled from our distributors in Whitstable, UK. All USA and CAN orders are sent from our distributors in Chicago, USA. Delivery times largely depend on your location and local postal services (and potential disruptions). Once your order has been fulfilled, generally deliveries take 3-5 working days within the UK, 7-10 days for EU, USA and Canada orders.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order or subscription issue?

Please contact our lovely customer service person here if you have not received your order within 2 weeks of purchasing, or the latest issue in your subscription within a month of its release. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order has unfortunately been damaged during delivery, please contact our lovely customer service person here and include a photo of the damage, and she will organise a replacement asap.

Can I use images from your site or social media?

All content that appears on the Lunch Lady website and social media accounts are exclusive property of Lunch Lady and associated contributors and protected under international copyright laws.
