This is simple.

Milk moustache versus no milk moustache. I know where I stand.

Regular Banana Milkshake

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of milk (cow, almond, coconut, whatever!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  1. Blend it up.
  2. Drink.


That! Banana Milkshake

  • Reduced Fat Milk (82%)
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Modified Maize Starch
  • Milk Powder
  • Xanthan Gum
  • Natural Flavours (Banana, Vanilla)
  • Natural Colour (Turmeric)
  • Sweetener (Sucralose)
  1. Open the plastic wrapper.
  2. Suck.

Look, I don’t have the scientific or nutritionist training to talk figures with you guys. All I know is, one has milk and banana and one doesn’t. I feel saddened by the products peddled as healthy options, when you read the big writing on the front, the little writing on the back just doesn’t add up.

Banana milkshake. No banana.

Carrot cake. 2% carrot.

Banana cake. No banana.

Cheesecake. No cheese.
