LUNCH LADY ADVERTISING + PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

28-hours per week

Byron Bay, Sydney or Melbourne based

We’re looking for a positive, motivated, organised, inspiring, collaborative human to sell and manage partnerships across the entire Lunch Lady brand. Reporting to the National Brand and Partnerships Manager, this position is for someone who can help lead the continued growth of Lunch Lady’s advertising and partnerships across all channels including print, online, video, event and podcasts.

Your day-to-day tasks

• Pitching to a wide variety of clients to partner and advertise with the Lunch Lady brand
• Introducing new brands to opportunities which generate revenue
• Multiple discussions with clients explaining why they’re a good match
• Reporting into the National Sales Manager once a week
• Hitting sales targets 
• Liaising with marketing team on trade marketing reports
• Sourcing new partnerships for all platforms
• Immersing yourself in the brand to understand all the points you’re selling
• Working with staff members, clients or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals and enforce budgets and timelines. 
• Negotiating contracts and terms with clients and / or other external parties 
• Reporting on market feedback and opportunities to Publisher
• Updating media kits and reports as needed
• Sales meetings with editorial team
• Travel interstate when needed for sales meeting and pitches

Skills we’re looking for

• Proven sales record
• 3+ years in a sales-based role
• Proven ability to convert partners
• Examples of good partnership relationships
• Organised and focused
• Goal orientated
• Budget driven
• Team player
• Is passionate about selling a product you’re proud of
• Ability to forge excellent relationships with clients and staff
• Good attention to detail

15-hours per week, TUES/WED/THUR @ Byron HQ

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, hard working, marketing-savvy human to join our Byron Bay HQ. Reporting to the Publisher, this role is for people who love to multitask. You’ll be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing teams and helping on everything from liaising with partners and packing up goodie bags to writing reports and sourcing sales leads.

Your day-to-day tasks

• Liaising with partners on their campaigns
• Rolling our partnerships over all our platforms
• Updating our scheduling system (Monday)
• Sourcing sales leads for sales team
• Writing reports for sales and marketing team 
• Organising and packing up goodie bags
• Helping on events
• Contacting Influencers
• Running work errands

Skills we’re looking for

• Marketing experience 
• Organised
• Proven ability to multitask
• Super attention to detail
• Some experience in client reporting
• Previous examples of good partner and/or staff relationships
• Team player
• Knows how to choose good snacks for snack cupboard
