About Kate Berry
Kate’s worked as a freelance photographer and designer in agencies for over 20 years. She also owned and ran a successful Melbourne café. After having two kids and wanting to live a simpler life, Kate left the city and headed for the country. Now Kate splits her time between building the Lunch Lady community, uploading inspiring pics for her instagram followers and raising chickens in her kitchen. She lives with her partner, foodie author and hunter-gather Rohan Anderson.
About the publishers
Creative Director Lara Burke and Editorial Director Louise Bannister have been making magazines for years – 15 in fact. Their first printed success was frankie magazine, a title they co-founded and produced from 2004 – 2014. frankie focused on the 18-30-year-old female audience who wanted inspirational content, clever writing and beautiful design. From humble beginnings it grew to become the most successful magazines in its genre. Other titles to their name include mens magazine Smith Journal and interiors mag SPACES. In 2014 the duo moved on and started their own independent publishing company – – We Print Nice Things. We Print Nice Things is the publisher of Lunch Lady Magazine.
