We collaborated with ecostore + artist Dawn Tan to create the funnest, most colourful bath time experience.
ecostore Bubble Bath
Natural food colouring or Shop bought food colouring
If you’re choosing natural try using colouring from beetroot or turmeric! Juicing a small beetroot or using a teaspoon of ground turmeric provides you with a bright pink and yellow. If you decide for store-bought, the Queens Brand does a box of natural food dye in pastel colours.
Working with one colour at a time, pour 2 tablespoons of ecostore Bubble Bath, 1/2 a cup of warm water, and 5 drops of food colouring into a deep bowl.
*If using Beetroot, use 3 tablespoons of juice. For Ground Turmeric, use 1 teaspoon.
Using a kitchen mixer, turn it up to the highest speed, and whip the mixture until you get a thick, solid foam – almost like when you’re making a meringue! It’ll take around 2 minutes of blitzing.
Empty coloured foam into a large tub and repeat step 1 and 2 with all the colours until you get a tub of rainbow foam.
Bath time !
PS: If your child has sensitive skin, fortunately, ecostore Bubble Bath is dermatologically certified for sensitive skin, so you can rest assured while your baby has a play! If you’d like, you can also pre-fill the tub with some warm water + bath oil to keep their skin extra hydrated. Once the tub is filled with water and oil, pour coloured foam onto the surface of the water and play! This way, he or she can also sit in it comfortably without feeling cold. And their skin stays super moisturized.
We partner with ecostore because their baby care, household cleaners, laundry, body care and oral care products are cruelty-free, and made from plant and mineral-based ingredients, selected because they are safer and more sustainable. Their products are made with care and meet the highest quality and environmental standards. It’s all part of their mission to make the world a safer place.
You can find ecostore Bubble Bath and selected baby ranges at Coles and Woolworths.
