Super easy Friday arvo treats in a cup!
PINA COLADAS
- 5 scoops coconut ice-cream
- 5 tbsp pineapple chunks
- 5 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup cherries
- 1/3 cup milk
- toasted shredded coconut, to garnish
- Pop a handful of shredded coconut in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
- Put ice cream, pineapple chunks, cherries and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
- Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

SPICED BANANA
- 5 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup milk
- sprinkle of nutmeg, to garnish
- Pop a handful of crushed peanuts in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
- Put ice cream, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
- Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted peanuts.

MAPLE CHOC PNB
- 5 scoops chocolate ice-cream
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup milk
- toasted crushed peanuts, to garnish
- Pop a handful of crushed peanuts in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
- Put ice cream, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
- Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted peanuts.
